It's Scotty Klopfenstein of Reel Big Fish and his solo project, which I nearly wet my pants after hearing of since his side project "littlest man band" for which he wrote all of the songs mostly himself disbanded a couple of years ago.

Real update soon. But right now, this song is the only important thing in my life :-P

A piece of my childhood has died today.

A personal account of a guy who goes backpacking around Europe for two weeks. Despite talking about it constantly (as one would) and calling the night before to say goodbye, his girlfriend doesn't actually get that he's going to be away for two weeks. He has his phone turned off to avoid roaming charges. Much hilarity ensues.

I'd recommend watching this with an inanimate light fuzzy object in your hand for those urges to throw something at the screen, and some head padding for all the smashing your head against the desk in frustration.

Please excuse my lack of real entries. However, I just had to post this because it is hilarious. I love the kungfu style kick here :-D

It's not so much the pain in itself that bothers me, it's not like omgiminsomuchpain, but the simple fact that it's there is telling me how unfit I am.

Gym, every day. Ab crunches for the days I can't make it. And get my act together and start cooking my own food again, you can't live off lean cuisine (even though it is cheaper than cooking for one).

Can someone please get me $6000 so I can buy a Gretsch White Falcon? I'll be your best friend forever. Extra points if you make another $3500 so I can get a Marshall plexi lead series amp to go with it. Just the head, I've got a nice Marshall cabinet to go with it, no need to be greedy now.

If I was greedy I'd ask for a 1968 vintage White Falcon. Look it up ;-).

Whether I stay for more than 4 months or not, the new studio needs a name, so I'm open to suggestions or inspirations. I was going to call it the name that the old housemates dubbed the room, but it's rather offensive and would probably genuinely upset some people, so I'm not going to call it that.

At the moment I'm looking at "The place where your mother sleeps studios" but it'll probably change by the time it's finished.

My friend just suggested crackwhore alley, kind of has a ring to it :-D

They finally moved the Pacific Adventurer...about 100m to make way for a cruise liner. I couldn't see the name on the side of the boat so I wasn't sure if that was it, but a quick whiff of the air confirmed that it was indeed the Pacific Adventurer.

The owners don't want it dry-docked here for repair, they want to sail it back to Singapore...with a big fucking hole in the fuel tank. Go screw yourselves. Thankfully maritime safety wont let it leave until it is repaired, so we have a stand off.

There is also an Australian destroyer docked directly on the other side of the river, most likely unrelated. They should dock it next to the pacific adventurer, rather menacingly at that.
